INGREDIENTS
1 cup brewed coffee
¼ cup pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 cups hot milk (or milk substitute)
Bud Nectar (measured to preference)
INSTRUCTIONS
Over medium heat, add brewed coffee, pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract to a medium saucepan.
Heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat if ingredients begin to boil.
When the temperature has reached 120°F, begin to froth the mixture. Remove the saucepan from heat once it reaches 160°F and continue frothing until 1-2inches of foam is formed.
Pour the latte mixture into mugs and add the desired amount of Bud Nectar to each.
Using a spoon to hold back the foam, add the hot milk to each cup. Aim for a 2:1 milk to coffee ratio, depending on your preference. Add the remaining foam into each mug.
